• “Products”: Photocopiers, printers, computers, and related accessories sold by us, whether new or refurbished.
• “Services”: Installation, maintenance, repairs, and support provided by us.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our website or purchase our products/services.

2.2 Permitted Use: You may use our website to browse products, request quotes, place orders, or contact us. You agree not to:

2.3 Availability: We strive to ensure our website is accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the website without notice.

3.1 Product Descriptions: We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including specifications and condition (new or refurbished). However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

3.3 Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. You will be notified of order confirmation via email or phone.

3.4 Payment: Payment must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and other methods specified at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

3.5 Delivery: Delivery timelines and costs will be communicated at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy: You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described, subject to inspection. Non-defective returns may be accepted at our discretion, with a restocking fee.

4.2 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4.3 Exclusions: Custom orders, software, and consumables (e.g., ink or toner) are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Warranties

5.1 Product Warranties: New products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months, unless otherwise stated. Refurbished products carry a limited warranty of 3–6 months, as specified at purchase.

5.2 Warranty Claims: To claim a warranty, contact us with proof of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion, subject to inspection.

5.3 Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. Services

6.1 Service Agreements: Installation, maintenance, or repair services are subject to separate agreements, including scope, pricing, and timelines.

6.2 Liability: We will perform services with reasonable care and skill but are not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Altimate Business Machines. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability
